ORAT Project Manager
About the Role
CTI is seeking a highly qualified ORAT Project Manager to support Operational Readiness Activation & Transition (ORAT) services at Denver International Airport. This position plays a critical part in ensuring that newly constructed and renovated areas are ready for acceptance and seamlessly transitioned to the operations team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate with airport partners to gather input, address concerns, and ensure a coordinated and collaborative approach to design, construction, and ORAT.
- Assist DEN Project Managers to support projects design and execution to meet end user expectations.
- Support the turnover of projects so they are ready for operation on day one and can be maintained and operated by maintenance stakeholder personnel.
- Support the development of ORAT plans as well as the execution and coordination of the plans through meetings, site walks, etc.
- Track risks and challenges associated with the transition of project deliverable to the stakeholders and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively identify and escalate risks to minimize disruptions to airport operations.
- Coordinate and support training programs and simulations to prepare airport staff for the transition. Ensure that all team members are well-equipped to handle their roles during the transition period.
- Support the ORAT team by taking meeting minutes, documenting action items, and developing schedules and trackers to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of ORAT activities.
- Support post-transition evaluations, surveys, and lessons learned to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop appropriate workshops as needed with stakeholders to include appropriate site visits and inspections.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Experience in airline/airport operations, large scale event planning, or organizational development.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination with multiple entities such as airlines, airport authorities, government agencies, and contractors.
- Experience in training development, operational trials, or simulation exercises to test readiness prior to facility openings.
- Experience in stakeholder communications and/or ORAT (project management/planning).
- Experience in program development to create standard operating procedures, checklists, forms, and overall instruction on how to work with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills; strong written and oral presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships in a highly engaging manner.
- Strong project management and planning skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, strong problem solving skills, quick learner, and resourceful.
- Familiarity with ORAT methodologies.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of software including MS Project, Teams, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Denver International Airport experience is a plus.
- PMP certification or related project management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Airport or Operations Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.

DEN BHS Field Quality Control Manager
About the Role
The Field Quality Control Manager shall be an instrumental part of ensuring the work to modify and upgrade the Baggage Handling System (BHS) is completed as designed and expected. This role will work closely with another quality inspector to review the design and inspect the work being installed for the BHS at Denver International Airport. This position will primarily be on the day shift, which may be adjusted when construction drives off hour inspections.

Responsibilities
- Review of project documents, submittals, shop drawings, methods of installation for the BHS installation.
- Verify the BHS system received at the site is supplied in accordance with the construction drawings, shop drawings, corresponding submittals, related RFIs, and complies with the Certificate of Compliance requirements. Perform shop inspections when needed.
- Verify electrical installation is completed in accordance with the construction drawings, submittals, and related RFIs. Electrical systems include main power and control power for the BHS motors, conveyors, and control systems.
- Perform necessary site inspections and complete a Quality Control Inspection Report in ACC.
- Prepare Quality Reports in ACC for the night shift inspections and ensure the required inspections are understood by the night shift inspectors.
- Meet with DEN QA representatives, attend quality follow up inspections with DEN QA inspectors, and prepare Quality Reports in ACC.
- Attend meetings and inspections with DEN Operations (Log plan) and prepare a special report to distribute with the project team.
- Perform inspections to document construction installation progress and re-inspect open structural, electrical, and mechanical issues, documenting status and resolution in the ACC.
- Participate in planned temporary mock-up installations of the conveyor system electrical and control devices.
- Extensive coordination between contractor personnel/activities and owner's representatives to ensure BHS systems are installed as designed and operated as expected.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to professionally work with the team to resolve issues when needed.
- Other quality related activities as requested.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with electrical systems (power and controls); certifications or licenses preferred.
- Previous work experience on baggage handling systems.
- In lieu of BHS experience, experience with conveying or transporting systems in a manufacturing environment that use process control logic.
- Experience in manufacturing plants and operations.
- Aviation experience.
- Large project and extensive work/operational coordination experience.
Requirements
- Work is onsite at DEN.
- Must pass appropriate background checks and drug screening.
